What a day! The wind was blowing a gale all day making conditions for the players very tricky. It really seemed to be survival of the fittest with keeping the ball in play being key. However the rain did hold off for the most part until play had finished. It was a real tussle between the two teams and 3 out of the 4 matches were very close, going down to the last hole.
Many thanks to Ipswich Golf Club for hosting the final. The teams were given a warm welcome by the club, the course was in excellent condition and the meal afterwards was much enjoyed.
