Thank you all for playing today and a big thank you to Rushmere Golf Club for hosting the Division 3 Meeting. We had 24 competitors who played in beautiful sunny (albeit slightly windy) conditions.
Congratulations to Amanda Boutell from Fynn Valley for winning the Silver Quaiche Cup with 34 points.
In 2nd place on countback was Christine Kilgallen from Bramford with 33 points and in 3rd place was Gloria Lee of Ipswich also on 33 points.
The Team Winners of the Belstead Shield were Diss on a score of 95 points.
Well played Sam Edwards, Helena Honour and Lynda Ivison.
It was a delight working with everybody from Rushmere from Bob in the Office to Carol Perks, the Lady Captain and her army of ball spotters. The Mens Captain, Carl Webbsnowling also did a great job as Starter. The food was superb so thank you to Megan and her team in the kitchen and a special mention to Emma behind the bar to whom nothing was too much trouble and seemed to help me with everything!

Next year the Division 3 Meeting is at Fynn Valley on 4th May 2023 so please make a note in your diaries.
