Our last match! What a whirlwind of month – 6 matches in 4 weeks! The day was fine and Stowmarket was in excellent condition given the time of year, with the greens running faster than expected and proving tricky. Unfortunately the Cambs & Hunts team were 2 down due to COVID and flu so the first 2 matches played slightly differently to the last two. Whatever the format, the golf and the company was enjoyed by all. The match was followed by magnificent fish and chips! Our thanks to Stowmarket Golf Club for hosting us.
